Motus9 is really good at getting people with egos to hang in there with them, get them to reflect back on themselves. Continuing to merge with them. Being a mirror for someone regardless of where they are.
The most exhilarating thing for Nickie is providing guidance and insight helping people remove blind spots and see new ways of approaching situations in order to achieve their desired results. She helps people ‘become convertibles’ able to smoothly move in and out of the traffic of life with more ease and efficiency. Most of us are driving big, clunky trucks when it comes to the blind spots that exist in our minds. No matter the topic, Nickie is consistently able to provide clear, actionable steps; she prides herself on knowing people leave a conversation with her knowing what action they can take to achieve the outcome they seek. Nickie works hard, plays hard, and even naps hard. She’s all in and gives all she has. Her twenty years of results-driven work demonstrate her tenacity with increased margins, exceeded revenue goals, and impressive employee and customer retention. When she isn’t consulting, speaking, or coaching clients, she’s reading, running, practicing yoga, or traveling.
Nothing excites Eric more than making an impact. He’s constantly looking for ways to support others, starting with his fellow Motus9 team members; it’s a very unique approach and refreshing approach to being CEO. A constant creator, Eric is relentlessly pursuing ways to help both Motus9 and its clients get Further and Faster, removing the gray space in life and adding richness in all things. Eric knows how easily work can become work for people. He fosters close client relationships and “breathes their business” to help them unlock their potential. Each and every day, he’s diligently looking for places to “Let Go” and helping clients do the same; it’s in letting go that we can let in and grow. Though Eric is never truly at “work,” when he isn’t making the next “what-if” possible, you can find him enjoying time with friends, riding his OneWheel, or at his favorite home away from home in a little village in Mexico.
