Nickie and Eric Froiland are a wickedly talented team and will bring value to any engagement.
To button up your sales process?
To retain more employees for longer?
To hire the right people?
To maximize growth?
To shorten sales cycles?
To increase close rate?
To expand market share?
To retire (and trust the leadership that follows)?
To achieve results faster?
To streamline decision making?
To strengthen leadership?
Nothing excites Eric more than making an impact. He’s constantly looking for ways to support others, starting with his fellow Motus9 team members; it’s a very unique approach and refreshing approach to being CEO. A constant creator, Eric is relentlessly pursuing ways to help both Motus9 and its clients get Further and Faster, removing the gray space in life and adding richness in all things. Eric knows how easily work can become work for people. He fosters close client relationships and “breathes their business” to help them unlock their potential. Each and every day, he’s diligently looking for places to “Let Go” and helping clients do the same; it’s in letting go that we can let in and grow. Though Eric is never truly at “work,” when he isn’t making the next “what-if” possible, you can find him enjoying time with friends, riding his OneWheel, or at his favorite home away from home in a little village in Mexico.
The most exhilarating thing for Nickie is providing guidance and insight helping people remove blind spots and see new ways of approaching situations in order to achieve their desired results. She helps people ‘become convertibles’ able to smoothly move in and out of the traffic of life with more ease and efficiency. Most of us are driving big, clunky trucks when it comes to the blind spots that exist in our minds. No matter the topic, Nickie is consistently able to provide clear, actionable steps; she prides herself on knowing people leave a conversation with her knowing what action they can take to achieve the outcome they seek. Nickie works hard, plays hard, and even naps hard. She’s all in and gives all she has. Her twenty years of results-driven work demonstrate her tenacity with increased margins, exceeded revenue goals, and impressive employee and customer retention. When she isn’t consulting, speaking, or coaching clients, she’s reading, running, practicing yoga, or traveling.
A natural innovator who loves strategy and leveraging challenges to produce change, Laura has spent the last two decades helping executives and their operational, and governance teams reimagine their organizations and produce notable results. She works with both business and non-profit organizations on everything from leadership development and culture-building to logic model creation and data strategy. When she isn’t helping teams achieve mission-specific outcomes, Laura loves serving her community and digging into her garden as much as a good book.
Julia Cuba Lewis springs out of bed every day to help girls discover they are powerful people. In her 16th year as CEO of Girls Empowerment Network, Julia has led the organization through significant growth – from a small, regional organization to a statewide organization reaching 15,000 people per year. Julia helped Girls Empowerment Network establish itself as the only self-efficacy organization for girls in the world. Girls Empowerment Network was a client of Motus9 beginning in 2017 and Julia learned how to align her organization, increase the dollar value of their services in the community, and inspire her team to make Girls Empowerment Network scale-ready. In addition to her work at Girls Empowerment Network, Julia is an adjunct professor at the U.T. Austin School of Social Work as well as a coach and consultant for Motus9. She is an experienced board member, served 10 years on the Austin Commission for Women, and has won numerous professional and academic awards including Austin Under 40 and Social Worker of the Year from the Austin and Texas chapters of the National Association of Social Workers.
Always full of energy, positivity, and a bright smile, Darin engages you from the moment you say hello. An exciting day lies in creating connections that supercharge business and personal growth. Community service is where his love for bringing people together began. In college, Darin STUDIED Organizational leadership, which gave him a laboratory to further explore how to help others improve themselves so that a common goal could be met faster. Making the transition from being a “doer” and shifting to leadership roles came naturally. Darin’s superpower lies in seeking outcomes through others as he does not need center stage or the credit. This approach allowed him to create rapid growth within companies. Darin is proud of outcomes he delivered thus far in his career within Educational Publishing, Senior housing, and Corporate Compliance. An entrepreneur and natural teammate at heart, Darin is an enthusiastic partner walking with clients in their growth.
There’s a reason Mandi was dubbed the Chief Happiness Officer of her family business – it’s her mission to cultivate joy. Mandi is the youngest of five siblings, who together own Quadvest LP, a private water and wastewater utility company. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise and sports medicine – with a minor in economics – from Texas State University, Mandi worked in education for 13 years coaching sports teams. She then transitioned into a career in Human Resources, where she merged her passion for coaching with organizational development. Mandi’s superpower is connecting people to support an organizational culture and keep it alive. If she isn’t busy organizing a family event, voraciously reading, managing her non-profit organization, or doing it all at the same time, you can find her unwinding with her husband in their rural Texas hideaway.
