“Which is fine.” It’s about something that’s totally not.

Think about that phrase. Pay attention to how often you use it. Is it really fine, or is it something to eliminate or remove in your life? Why are you allowing yourself to be fine? Watch yourself over the next week, and notice how frequently you use the phrase. Evaluate for yourself if you’re doing it when things are fine, or excusing something that really isn’t. What do you do about it? When it isn’t fine, first admit it isn’t, then you have to be ready to have a conversation with those involved.

Like Carrie, brushing it off to the side could have been the end of it, but she had that conversation. Think about how you’ll handle your next, “which is fine”.
